Introduction:
This cookie policy (“Cookie Policy”) is intended to explain how we use “cookies” and similar technologies:
- that we set on our Clients’ websites (“Client Sites”); and;
- on our website at https://www.subx.tech (“Our Site”).
If the Customer entity entering into this DPA has executed an order form or statement of work with Zeddit pursuant to the Agreement (an “Pricing Proposal”), but is not itself a party to the Agreement, this DPA is an addendum to that Pricing Proposal and applicable renewal Pricing Proposals. If the Customer entity entering into this DPA is neither a party to a Pricing Proposal nor the Agreement, this DPA is not valid and is not legally binding. Such entity should request that the Customer entity that is a party to the Agreement executes this DPA.
This Cookie Policy is also intended to assist you in making informed decisions when using Client Sites and Our Site.
Please take a moment to read and understand this Cookie Policy. This Cookie Policy should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Website Terms and Conditions of Use.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies and similar technologies are very small text documents or pieces of code, which often include a unique identifier. When you visit a website or use a mobile application, a computer asks your computer or mobile device for permission to store this file on your computer or mobile device and access information from it. Information gathered through cookies and similar technologies may include the date and time of visits and how you are using a particular website or mobile application.
First And Third Party Cookies
A cookie can be first or third party, which refers to the website that places the cookie. First party cookies are set when a user visits a website or domain. Third party cookies are set by a website other than the one being visited by the user. Third party cookies are often used for marketing and advertising on a specific website, as well as across other sites. In this Cookie Policy, our cookies, which are first party cookies, are also referred to as “zeddit” cookies.
For more details on cookies and similar technologies, you can visit All About Cookies at http://www.allaboutcookies.org/.
